To President Obama and all 535 voting members of the Congress and the MO State Legislature, it is now official, you are ALL apparently inept. Why?

 

a... The  U.S. Postal Service was established in 1775. You have had 235 years to get it right and it is broke.

 

b... Social Security was established in 1935. You have had 75 years to get it right and it is broke. It no longer takes in as much as it pays out. 

 

c... Fannie Mae was established in 1938. You have had 72 years to get it right and it is broke.

                                

d... War on Poverty started in 1964. You have had 46 years to get it right; $1 trillion of our money is confiscated each year and transferred to "the poor" and they only want more. Now the nation is broke.

                                

e... Medicare and Medicaid were established in 1965. You have had 45 years to get it right and they are broke. And you want us to trust you with the rest of our healthcare dollars? Incompetence should not be rewarded.

                                

f... Freddie Mac was established in 1970. You have had 40 years to get it right and it is broke.

                               

g... The Department of Energy was created in 1977 to lessen our dependence on foreign oil. It has ballooned to 16,000 employees, a budget of $24 billion a year and we import more oil than ever before. You have had 33 years to get that right and it is an abysmal failure.

Our national borders are sieves being penetrated by illegal immigrants numbering in the thousands daily but you refuse to neither enforce our border laws nor even attempt to regulate neither the quantities of illegals here nor the government provided monies they receive.

                               

You have collectively FAILED in every "government service" you have shoved down our throats while overspending our tax dollars until our nation is drowning in debt.

Personally, I think they all need to be run out of office and some non-professional politicians run in to replace all of them. I am quite sure the average guy on the street

could do just as good a job as most of these so-called professionals and progressives. Never again vote for another incumbent federal politician. At least we have some control over our local pols.

 

Like the Founding Fathers, including Thomas Jefferson in the Declaration of Independence, Christians and conservatives believe that our rights as human beings come

from God. They do not come from the state or the current ruling class. If the state can grant rights to you -- civil rights, parental rights, or any others -- it can take them away.

 

Ask residents of the former Soviet Union or the current Communist Chinese or North Korea or any other socialist country what it is like to have no rights and those that exist being at the whim of the ruling party.

 

When government gets into the business of granting rights or dispensing monies for particular needs, it does so on the premise that it knows what is best, the "IT" being some individual bureaucrat. Thus, bureaucracy, some government individual, not the private citizen, determines who is worthy of receiving or using funds including now our healthcare monies.

 

When any institution becomes self-perpetuating, the people become secondary in importance. Thus, the ultimate goal of BIG GOVERNMENT is to shrink the independence of men and women by enlarging their dependence on government. However, amongst the fundamental principles of Christianity and conservatism is freedom, individual freedom to make your own decisions and choices.

 

Over the past year, the Democrats fixated on what they thought was a devastating four-word slogan to defeat Republicans in 2010: 'The Party of No.'

 

Unlike many campaign slogans, it was fairly accurate. After all, the Republicans opposed almost unanimously all of President Obama's major bills (socialized health care,

stimulus, nationalization of GM and Chrysler, 'cap and trade,' financial overregulation, multitrillion-dollar yearly deficits, tax increases, etc.)

 

Lately, the Dems have decreased use of that phrase as, apparently, White House strategists have come to appreciate that the only people screaming 'no' louder than

The GOP are the American people.

 

Instead, for the past few weeks, the president has been publicly testing a new message: Remember, you won't only be voting against Democrats in November, you will be

voting for Republicans. In other words, he sees the public seems to have made the Democrats the issue in this election and the Democrats would like the election to

be a vote on the Republicans regardless of any alternative view or party.

 

This could be a plausible strategy if Mr. Obama can persuade the American public to vote up or down on the Republican Party. Of course, in most midterm elections, the public usually (and seemingly overwhelmingly in 2010) plans to vote up or down (in this case, I sincerely believe it will be down) on the president's party -- not the opposition party.   

 

Regardless of which party favored, please go to the polls and vote for those who

exhibit Christian principals, not those who would destroy your freedoms nor our nation merely for their own convenience.

Please remember just how close the past few elections have been. Your vote is vital to the independence and survival of this nation.

Since I joined the Constitution Party two years ago, my excitement level rises each day. The idea of being a part of a group of constitutionally minded people wanting to reduce and limit the Federal government to the size the Founders intended. The idea of being part of a party that, unlike other parties, actually believes in and stands for their principles.

 

Having beliefs, standing for those beliefs and not compromising those beliefs for temporary gain is what makes the Constitution Party unique among American politics. We do not change, adjust or alter our beliefs due to focus group results, polling data or the desire to have the "powers that be and the media" like us. Our mission is to return America to small, limited constitutional government. We do not need or want a "cradle to grave" Federal government.

 

It seems to me that the very standards making us unique among political parties, our actual beliefs in a set of principles, is somehow viewed as a negative by many people. Why would standing up for your principles be anything but positive? My theory, people aren't used to standing firm for much of anything in their lives.

 

Therein may be the dilemma for so many Americans. Being unused to having firm beliefs, it is difficult to understand others who do have firm convictions. I once heard the most difficult decision most people make each day is what to eat for the next meal. We Americans have become too reluctant to make our own decisions. We are so "dumbed and numbed", we are content to let "the government" make decisions for us.

 

We live in the greatest country in the history of the world. Our constitutional republic is unique and has been replicated many times, but never duplicated. Why? The concept of liberty and freedom held by the Founders and woven into our Constitution. We are losing those concepts and if we do not wake up and change course, what we give away, our posterity may never regain.

 

The Constitution Party believes in God, the sovereignty of our states, the principles of liberty and freedom and small Federal government. We believe in personal responsibility, low taxes, local control of our schools and local control of our governments. We do not need or want the folks in Washington, D.C. telling us how to live, what to eat, how to spend our money and what to buy with our money. Government is by, for and of the people. We, the people, need to start living up to our responsibilities.

 

 I suppose if you are satisfied with the developments of the past many years, then continue voting the way you have voted. More taxes, more wars, higher gas prices, higher unemployment, government health care and more government intrusion into your life, the Democrats and Republicans will be happy to let you maintain the status quo.

 

If you believe the sun is still rising on America; if you believe America is intrinsically good; if you believe America is still a shining example for the rest of the world; if you believe America gives its citizens the OPPORTUNITY for a life of freedom and liberty; it you believe that, in America, government is supposed to work for the people and not the other way around, then why aren't you a member of the Constitution Party?

 

There is literally a life and death struggle being waged every day in America. Sometimes in public view, often out of public view behind the scenes. It is a struggle being waged by ordinary people like you and me. Right now, the good people are battered, bruised and staggering but not defeated. No matter how this struggle ends, be it with more freedom or more tyranny, be assured you were a part of the outcome. You may say, "not me, I stay away from politics". Guess what? You are still involved because you are either fighting for freedom or enabling tyranny. You are part of the solution or part of the problem. The choice is yours to make. The decision you make affects us all.

 

Be a freedom fighter. Preserve freedom for you children and grandchildren.

US Orders Blackout Over North Korean Torpedoing Of Gulf Of Mexico Oil Rig

A grim report circulating in the Kremlin today written by Russia's Northern Fleet is reporting that the United States has ordered a complete media blackout over North Korea's torpedoing of the giant Deepwater Horizon oil platform owned by the World's largest offshore drilling contractor Transocean that was built and financed by South Korea's Hyundai Heavy Industries Co. Ltd., that has caused great loss of life, untold billions in economic damage to the South Korean economy, and an environmental catastrophe to the United States.

Most important to understand about this latest attack by North Korea against its South Korean enemy is that under the existing "laws of war" it was a permissible action as they remain in a state of war against each other due to South Korea's refusal to sign the 1953 Armistice ending the Korean War.

To the attack itself, these reports continue, the North Korean "cargo vessel" Dai Hong Dan believed to be staffed by 17th Sniper Corps "suicide" troops left Cuba's Empresa Terminales Mambisas de La Habana (Port of Havana) on April 18^th whereupon it "severely deviated" from its intended course for Venezuela's Puerto Cabello bringing it to within 209 kilometers (130 miles) of the Deepwater Horizon oil platform which was located 80 kilometers (50 miles) off the coast of the US State of Louisiana where it launched an SSC Sang-o Class Mini Submarine (Yugo class) estimated to have an operational range of 321 kilometers (200 miles).

On the night of April 20^th the North Korean Mini Submarine manned by these "suicidal" 17th Sniper Corps soldiers attacked the Deepwater Horizon with what are believed to be 2 incendiary torpedoes causing a massive explosion and resulting in 11 workers on this giant oil rig being killed outright.  Barely 48 hours later, on April 22^nd , this North Korean Mini Submarine committed its final atrocity by exploding itself directly beneath the Deepwater Horizon causing this $1 Billion oil rig to sink beneath the seas and marking 2010's celebration of Earth Day with one of the largest environmental catastrophes our World has ever seen.

To the reason for North Korea attacking the Deepwater Horizon, these reports say, was to present US President Obama with an "impossible dilemma" prior to the opening of the United Nations Review Conference of the Parties to the Treat on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) set to begin May 3^rd in New York.

This "impossible dilemma" facing Obama is indeed real as the decision he is faced with is either to allow the continuation of this massive oil leak catastrophe to continue for months, or immediately stop it by the only known and proven means possible, the detonation of a thermonuclear device.

Russian Navy atomic experts in these reports state that should Obama choose the "nuclear option" the most viable weapon at his disposal is the United States B83 (Mk-83) strategic thermonuclear bomb having a variable yield (Low Kiloton Range to 1,200 Kilotons) which with its 12 foot length and 18 inch diameter, and weighing just over 2,400 pounds, is readily able to be deployed and detonated by a remote controlled mini-sub.

Should Obama choose the "nuclear option" it appears that he would be supported by the International Court of Justice who on July 8, 1996 issued an advisory opinion on the use of nuclear weapons stating that they could not conclude definitively on these weapons use in "extreme circumstances" or "self defense".

On the other hand, if Obama chooses the "nuclear option" it would leave the UN's nuclear conference in shambles with every Nation in the World having oil rigs off their coasts demanding an equal right to atomic weapons to protect their environment from catastrophes too, including Iran.

To whatever decision Obama makes it remains a fact that with each passing hour this environmental catastrophe grows worse. And even though Obama has ordered military SWAT teams to protect other oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico from any further attack, and further ordered that all drilling in the Gulf of Mexico be immediately stopped, this massive oil spill has already reached the shores of America and with high waves and more bad weather forecast the likelihood of it being stopped from destroying thousands of miles of US coastland and wildlife appears unstoppable.

And not just to the environmental catastrophe that is unfolding the only devastation to be wrecked upon the United States and South Korea by this North Korean attack as the economic liabilities associated with this disaster are estimated by these Russian reports to be between $500 Billion to $1.5 Trillion, and which only a declaration of this disaster being an "act of war" would free some the World's largest corporations from bankruptcy.

Important to note too in all of these events was that this was the second attack by North Korea on its South Korean enemy, and US ally, in a month as we had reported on in our March 28^th report titled "Obama Orders 'Immediate Stand-down' After Deadly North Korean Attack" and which to date neither the Americans or South Korea have retaliated for and giving one senior North Korean party leader the courage to openly state that the North Korean military took "gratifying revenge" on South Korea.

And for those believing that things couldn't get worse, they couldn't be more mistaken as new reports coming from Japanese military sources are stating that North Korea is preparing for new launches of its 1,300 kilometer (807 miles) intermediate range ballistic "Rodong" missile which Russian Space Forces experts state is able to "deploy and detonate" an atomic electromagnetic pulse (EMP) device, and which if detonated high in the atmosphere could effectively destroy the American economy for years, if not decades, to come.

I have honestly wondered why it is that criticizing a liberal socialist "progressive" is racist just because he is half-black. Even if neither color nor race is mentioned or even eluded to complainants are labeled racist by this Whitehouse and the slowly failing NAACP. The mere act of politically criticizing a black president is not racist. Nor is it racist to raise the public consciousness on very important issues of spiraling debt, misguided bailouts, and a series of social policies bankrupting our country, fiscally and morally. Any nation benefits from uninhibited discussion about serious issues. Put simply, when movements like the Tea Party openly debate divisive issues, truth arises. When the NAACP or anyone else labels and dismisses the entire Tea Party movement as racists, it has a chilling effect on debate and degrades discussions of racial inequalities.

 

What a shame our nation's oldest and most revered civil rights organization has been so co-opted by the Dem Socialists using actual racism to chill all political discussion. How can we ignore the facts of issues supported by the Tea Party relate principally to smaller government, lower taxes, less government debt, enforcing the immigration laws and more individual freedom, none of which have anything to do with abridging the rights and dignity of minorities. By pretending otherwise, the NAACP has willingly allowed co-option by Dems turning the word "racist" into a mere proxy for "someone whose politics you disagree with."

 

When Will the NAACP condemn blatant civil rights violations by the New Black Panther Party when, during the 2008 elections, they engaged in wanton voter intimidation? Since when has appearing at a voting precinct, brandishing weapons and hurling epithets at voters not been something the NAACP stands up against? Is it only when those voters are white? What of Black Panther comments of the need to kill "cracker" (i.e. "white") babies? How can any rational American not see such comments as racially motivated and still have the utter gall to condemn the tea party movement?

 

The Tea Party is neither racist nor bigoted. The sentiment of frustration and utter disgust with our government driving the Tea Party movement is pervasive and pandemic. For the first time in American history, an American black man sits in the Oval Office. With the silent but deliberate pushing of those within the administration who would like nothing better than to keep its own fractioning coalition together while tearing the president's opponents asunder, the Tea Party has been labeled racist to foment the bitterness of the common black man and for no other reason.

 

The currency of 2010's midterm elections is votes; something the Democratic Party needs, and lots of them. Labeling a political movement as racist is being done for one reason – To play into the worst fears of minorities, and, real or perceived, to set up antebellum "whitey" in the form of tea party activists so those enslaved on the Democrat plantation will want to grab their plowshares and storm the voting booths. That's such tired and sick racial politics.

 

The point is simply to discredit groups for political reasons -- and it works. This year's target is the tea party movement. When leading Democrats, led by a smirking Nancy Pelosi, made their triumphant walk on Capitol Hill, celebrating their passage of a bill in defiance of public opinion, tea party members on the scene protested.

 

All this was captured on camera and the scene was played on television. What was not captured on any of the cameras and other recording devices on the scene was anybody using racist language, as has been charged by those playing the race card. When you realize how many media people were there, and how many ordinary citizens carry around recording devices of one sort or another, it is remarkable -- indeed, unbelievable -- those racist remarks were made and yet were not captured by anybody. There is still a one hundred thousand dollar offer for proof of ANY racial epithets being used at all.

 

Some critics of the tea parties have seized upon banners carried at one of the rallies that compared Obama with Hitler and Stalin. Extreme? Yes. Accurate? But there was nothing racist about it, since extreme comparisons have been made about politicians of every race, color, creed, nationality, ideology and sexual preference. Some Obama supporters have long regarded any criticism of him as racist. But that they should have to resort to such a banner to bolster their case shows how desperate they are for any evidence.

 

Among people who voted for Barrack Obama in 2008, those who are most likely to be disappointed are those who thought that they were voting for a new post-racial era. There was absolutely nothing in Obama's past to lead to any such expectation, and much to suggest the exact opposite. But the man's rhetoric and demeanor during the election campaign enabled this and many other illusions to flourish. Still, it was an honest mistake of the kind that decent people have often made when dealing with people whose agendas are not constrained by decency nor honesty, but only by what they think they can get away with, a main tenet of socialism.

 

On race, as on other issues, different people have radically different views of Barrack Obama, depending on whether they judge him by what he says or by what he does. As Obama's own books point out, he has for years cultivated a talent for saying things that people will find congenial. You want bipartisanship and an end to bickering in Washington? He will say that he wants bipartisanship and an end to bickering in Washington. Then he will shut Republicans out of all decision-making processes and respond to their suggestions by reminding them that he won the election so "Shut-up."

 

You want a government that is open instead of secretive? BO says that. He promises to post proposed legislation on the Internet long enough for everyone to read it and know what is in it before there is a vote. In practice, however, he has rushed massive bills through Congress too fast for anybody-- even the members of Congress-- to know what was in those bills. Who actually read the Healthcare bill? Anyone?

 

Racial issues are more of the same. You want a government where all citizens are treated alike, regardless of race or ethnicity? Obama promises that. Then he advocates appointing judges with "empathy" for particular segments of the population, such as racial minorities. "Empathy" is just a pretty word for the ugly reality of bias and bigotry.

 

Obama's first nomination of a Supreme Court justice was a classic example of someone with "empathy" for some racial groups, but not others. As a Circuit Court judge, Sonia Sotomayor voted to dismiss a case involving white firefighters who had been denied the promotions for which they qualified, because not enough blacks or Hispanics passed the same test that they did. A fellow Hispanic judge protested the way the white firefighters' case was dismissed, rather than adjudicated. Moreover, the Supreme Court not only took the case, it ruled in favor of the firefighters. His latest, Kagan, is just as bad.

 

Obama injected himself into a local police matter in Massachusetts. Despite admitting that he didn't know the facts, to say that a white policeman was in the wrong in arresting a black professor who was a friend of Obama, was more of the same. The policeman was in the right and even the "Black" Professor admitted as much. Obama's Justice Department overlooked blatant voter intimidation by thugs who happen to be black. That is quite simply racist.

 

There is not now, nor has there ever been, anything post-racial about Barrack Obama, except for the people who voted for him in the mistaken belief that he shared their desire to be post-racial. When he leaves office, especially if it is after one term, he will leave this country more racially polarized than before.

 

Hopefully, he may also leave the voters wiser, though sadder, after they learn from painful experience that you can't judge politicians by their rhetoric, or ignore their past because of your hopes for the future. Voters may even wise up to race card fraud.

A friend came by to see me this past week and noted the American flag on the pole in my front yard was flying at half-mast. He asked me who had died and why the flag remained at half-mast. My friend is certainly a Christian and a patriot having also served in our country's uniform. He understood my explanation immediately. I keep my flag at half-mast out of respect for our country, America, which died sometime back.

The America I grew up within respected its soldiers, believed the Constitution was the premier law of the land, revered individual liberty and thought the Bill of Rights were immalleable, respected the Church (defined as Christianity) and believed the Holy Bible defined morality for everyone, punished the wicked for their deeds regardless of their political affiliations and held individuals accountable for their actions, and helped one another when someone was in need instead of waiting on the Government to send help. The America of today has elected a Socialist President not because he knew anything nor because he had a long record of accomplishments but because he is a minority and promised to take from the rich and give to the poor through free healthcare, the old chicken in every pot for everyone but furnished by Government. Rather than opportunities for everyone, Government is to be in control of everything just like it was in the USSR and redistribute the wealth of the land to the unworthy, the lazy, the inept, non-citizens, and those unwilling to work for their living just so long as they continue to vote for the ruling party, their benefactors. Apparently, America has forgotten that Government does not create wealth but instead destroys it and always has.

Today our senate is voting to confirm to the SCOTUS a person who does not believe the Constitution is the premier law of the land and has said as much during her confirmation hearings, but then, neither do the ruling elitist progressives masquerading as Patriots in our Senate body. Our President and many of those elitist progressives have stated they don't believe the 2nd amendment applies to individuals nor does the first amendment mean what it says but only what judges are willing to allow it to say. We can't honor the Christ the majority of Americans worship but we can honor a satanic figure like Mohammed. We can't punish enemy combatants nor hold them accountable for their actions even when they occurred within the borders of our own country nor can we remove those who have entered our country contrary to our immigration laws because our ruling elitists want their votes counted regardless of whether or not they're illegal. Those same elitists passed a healthcare law that may be unconstitutional because it requires the entire populace to buy insurance from the government (just another form of taxation without representation) with innumerable provisions they didn't even bother to read because it was too extensive and have exempted themselves from the provisions and requirements of that law.

Those things couldn't have happened in the country where I grew up. It is long past time to remove those elitist progressive socialists but a time of accountability is fast approaching. The primaries are in August and the elections are in November. Vote all of them out of office. Restore the America we once knew.

Even though accompaniment is the evil marching song of the War of northern aggressors, it is a good piece.  One editorialist of the War between the States called the Battle Hymn of the Republic one of the main reasons that the war turned in favor of the North.It proved to be the clarion call to arms which the north had lacked.For that reason, the Battle Hymn of the Republic was never heard in many households, nor was Memorial Day celebrated in the South.It is called Decoration Day and the graves of the brave Confederate soldiers are duly decorated. I send these notes not because my sentiments lean to a Southern victory under the circumstances (my GGF fought for the North though from TN), but so those of you whose families were not involved in the War of northern Aggression would understand why Southern homes are so different than Northern homes. In all of my grandparents' homes DAMYANKEE was one word. In a goodly portion of the South,it still is. Enough prattle - enjoy the message. Remember, Guns are mere useful tools. The evil is in the men who misuse them.

Clearly, America has made a mistake that needs remedying as soon as possible. Today, while perusing the daily headlines at Fox News and World Net Daily I see that our ruling class, the liberal elitist progressives we mistakenly elected to office during the last cycle, doesn't know what happened to the jobs that were expected to be created by the BILLIONS of dollars of debt they incurred for us. The recession lingers on, millions continue out of work and receiving unemployment payments, and the economy shows little sign of recovery but the overpaid Harvard, Princeton, and Yale graduates who Obama has placed in positions of authority have not the first clue as to where the jobs have gone. Nancy, "The Moron", Pelagrosi said but a week ago that the unemployment payments were a great stimulus and job building program.

 

Well, get a clue! Jobs are created by businesses and manufacturing which the stimulus bill did not actually assist. Where jobs increased was in Government throughout the nation and those few banks that were propped up by Government loans instead of allowing them to fail as they should have. Eventually all that debt (more than ONE TRILLION this year alone) is going to have to be repaid to someone by the tax payers of this nation. Social Security (which has never put any of the collected monies into an actual trust fund as we were promised) is now BROKE. Yup, SS no longer is a pay as you go program since it now spends more than it takes in. Government in the US, at both the state and federal levels, is broken. And we, the voters and taxpayers, are responsible. We either elected morons incapable of management or we elected a group successful in their quest to destroy the nation. It can only be one or the other because the nation is being destroyed.

There is only one available cure outside of an open revolt, vote all of them out of office. The incumbent DNC most go.

 

Oh, I've read all about how bad Bush was and how the GOP mismanaged the nation for so long. Bunkum. FannieMae and the failing banks were all controlled and regulated by Democrats and the laws that caused them to fail were written by Democrats. The GOP failure was to not set right the things that were made wrong by the amoral Socialists we laughingly refer to as Democrats while they were in power the last time. Since the GOP has become so weak and unable to raise decent leadership, the DNC went wild with power and is doing all in its power to ruin our free market system that made the US the wealthiest nation in history. The DNC has been taken over by Socialists. Even Pravda, the Russian news service noticed and decried our descent into socialism. Fire them all. Start with the idiot, Claire McCaskle,  who actually thinks Obama and his goons are doing superior jobs. If our destruction is what is wanted, she is right, otherwise ...

Unbeliavable, Mexican Consulate People on Public School Grounds in CA

 

Real Americans are in deep trouble!  Mexican officials are ordering Americans around on U.S. soil, and it appears that there is not much we can do about it.

 

The Santa Ana, CA, Mexican Consulate setup a mobile Mexican Matricula Consular ID center on UNITED STATES PUBLIC SCHOOL PROPERTY- Capistrano School District at the Adult English Language Development Center located at 31351 Camino Real, San Juan Capistrano, CA.

The fee is $27 per matricula consular application.

 

 

When the Minutemen arrived at the Capistrano School District Adult School there was a hub of activity.  A mobile Mexican Consulate center was in full swing.

 

Legal resident Mexicans have U.S. issued green cards, for identification, matricula consular card.

Mexican Nationals in the U.S. ILLEGALLY do NOT have a green card and therefore need a Mexican matricula consular identification card - matricula means: of a like group and consular means: from a consulate.

  One Minuteman

After the Minutemen had been onsite for about an hour and a half, the mobile center was shut down - above photo.

Once Minutemen began to observe and report, documenting and photographing. The Mexican Nationals no longer ventured forth to the center and many, who had been in attendance, left the mobile center.

The Mexican diplomat, above, approached the Minutemen as the Minutemen were peacefully strolling about- on United States public school property - observing and taking photos of the event.

The Mexican diplomat repeatedly said, "This a private event for Mexicans only .. You cannot be here . I am telling you nicely as I do not want to call the police. Please leave."

Minuteman Project National Rally Spokesman Raymond Herrera said to the Mexican diplomat, "No, we will not leave. We are guaranteed freedom of assembly under OUR Constitution."

I said to the diplomat, "The U.S. should adopt Mexico 's immigration policy."

"Oh," she agreed. " Mexico has a very good immigration policy."

The Mexican diplomat was particularly vexed by our photographing of the event.  " DO NOT TAKE PHOTOS," she commanded repeatedly.?

Minutemen stated that in the USA , we have the right to photograph in public.

  "No, you cannot take photos," she insisted. Herrera and the diplomat then entered into a lengthy discussion in Spanish.

The man, above photo, displayed gang hand signals and yelled out "THIS IS OUR TERRITORY!" The Mexican diplomat witnessed and seemingly approved of the gang member at the "Mexican Only" event.

He appeared to be filling out an application - in his left hand above.  Many have informally been told that in the Hispanic community only gang members wear black shoes. Note in the photo above, the only man in black shoes is the self-professed gang member.

Suddenly the door above opened, and the Mexican diplomat, came out yelling. The photo above is just before she lashed out.

To our utter amazement, the diplomat started to strike out at the Minutewoman!  We were in a state of shock. As she yelled, she struck across the Minutewoman's lower right jaw and lip, several times.

Ten minutes after the assault the Minutewoman still had a "stinging" sensation on her lip and jaw area.

 

POLICE ARRIVE

Police arrived after the assault.

The police said they had been called by the consulate as they had reported that the Minutemen were inside the building yelling and pushing about. We never entered the building and had been quietly moving outside, on school property.

 

Herrera spoke with officers then requested they interview the diplomat.

Per the officer's request, the diplomat came forward.

"They must leave," she said to the officer. But the officer replied, "No, this is a public school and they can be here."

The diplomat then said that we must stop photographing them.

"Ma'am," the officer informed her, "You are in a public area and they can photograph."

The officer then asked her, "Do you have the paperwork to use this facility."

"Yes," she replied.

"I would like to see it," the officer said,

"I don't have the paperwork with me," she said back to him.

 

"I would like to see your identification, " the officer said.

 

"No, you can't," she said to the officer. The officer at this point followed her inside of the building.

"I have no identification with me.  I did not drive,"she finally said as the officer pursued the issue.  At this point, the door shut and the officer remained inside of the building.

After the officer spoke with the diplomat, he returned to his vehicle and spoke on his cell phone for about 15 to 20 minutes.

After he hung up, he met with us. He said the consulate did not have paperwork but that he had spoken to the individual who had granted the use of the school. He said that we could continue to assemble on the school property.

He appeared sympathetic about the Minutewoman assault, but said the Mexican Consulate staff had diplomatic immunity.
