No ma'am, neoconservatives--despite its intellectual roots--is a corruption of the past counterculture's socialistis/leftist positions. Also the tradition of Rockefeller Republicans versus Goldwater Republicans is somewhat* embodied in Ron Paul(*despite his positions regarding various vice--including drugs). He is a paleoconsevative-'libertarian' paradigm. There is not much left, since the 90's of paleos and Statesmen Paul and Pat Buchanan are mainly the only noted ones left.
